Desert Color Hideaway is nestled in the new vacation community of Desert Color and is perfectly designed for your group to have a fabulous vacation! From the moment you walk in the door, you will love the brand new feel and timeless decor. Throughout the home, you will not only find 3 king beds and a fun bunk room, but a roof-top deck that includes a private hot tub and seating area with a TV. After a long day exploring the area, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a meal! Though you may just not want to leave the comforts of this rental, be sure to take the short walk over the Shores Resort where you will find access to the incredibly unique amenities that make Desert Color just so special.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, 6 community pickleball courts, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

Awesome clean townhome. Large living room to relax. AC worked great, had a small issue with the hot tub and they had a tech there the next day! Very responsive and helpful host. The lagoon is just a short walk away. The house had a wagon and some sand toys & spike ball which was convenient. Definitely will come back.

This place was gorgeous! So many thoughtful touches like extra blankets for every room, games, pool floats, and a well-appointed kitchen. Beds were SUPER comfy and we loved having two living rooms. The hot tub and lounge chairs on the deck were nice for relaxing without the crowds and the location (1 minute walk to the Lagoon) was so convenient. We parked outside and stored all of our toys (paddle boards, scooters, etc.) in the garage.

We had a great stay at the Hideaway! The private hot tub on the deck brought our stay to the next level. Each room has a private bath which made it much easier for us to have a large group. Can’t recommend the Hideaway enough.

Had a great weekend at this place. TV’s in every room (including outside), hot tub, and one minute away from the lagoon. Loved staying here and definitely will be staying here again next time I’m in St. George.

The Hideaway house was perfect for our size of family. It was very clean. And close to the Lagoon. The Only draw back was it was a one car garage and we had 2 Cars plus E bikes and paddle boards so we could not fit everything in the garage that we needed to. But other than that it was a great house.

My family and I stayed at this house for the weekend and loved every minute of it! It’s the perfect spot for a weekend getaway in warm weather. The house was very clean and ready for our stay. Everything in the house worked great and there were no issues. We especially enjoyed watching some sports from the hot tub on the patio, and we also loved the lagoon resort that was just a minute’s walk away. Beautiful lagoon with beach sand and an amazing pool and clubhouse as well. Overall I highly recommend staying at this property, and we plan on booking again soon.

Our stay was amazing! The home and community are stunning! Each room had king size beds and there own bathrooms, making it feel like there was three master bedrooms. The kids loved staying in the bunk room and being able to walk to the pool/lake that was only a two minute walk away. I loved being able to relax at night in the hot tub and my husband enjoyed being able to watch the games while relaxing in the hot tub as well. We’ll be booking again soon! Thank you so much for the amazing stay!

We loved our stay! Place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the amenities and it was so nice to have a TV in every room and out on the deck with a view from the hot tub! Very spacious and more than enough bathrooms so you didn’t feel crowded at all. Will 100% stay here every time we return to St George!

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Desert Color Resort is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Desert Color Resort refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

Without the Reservation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
