Elevator note

Elevator access is available by request for guests who may have difficulty with stairs. We ask that the elevator be used only when needed and not as a toy.

We had a great stay. The home had plenty of space, was clean, and had TVs in almost every room, which made it easy for people to split up and do their own thing. The community amenities are the star here: multiple pools and hot tubs, a beautiful lagoon, and lots of pickleball courts. We brought our own paddles but noticed the house had some too, plus paddleboards and kayaks that were super fun to use. Even over Fall Break, we had no trouble finding open courts. Awesome setup for big groups or extended families.

Honestly, it was the cutest place. I’ve stayed in a long time. The hosts left some Crumbl cookies for us, which was so cute, the location was perfect for our family, the only thing we had a tough time with was getting good Internet service, but I think it’s the entire community that struggles with that. They let us check in a little bit early and we’re super helpful. We will book this exact same Airbnb again.

Spring break

We were greeted with a sweet treat, house was well appointed and made the trip easy to just enjoy the stay. The cleaning fee went to cleaning up after us which was nice to not have to have the house

We were down for my daughter’s volleyball tournament and walked in to a box of crumbl cookies. Very nice! The place was big enough to have some teammates over for dinner and the patio/slider off the kitchen was amazing. Great space. The third story living space and balcony was also very enjoyed. Most of the house seemed appropriately clean. The kitchen, however, had garbage in every drawer, open food and garbage in the pantry. The oven was filthy, the white furniture on main floor also very dirty, bathmats obviously not washed. We were also surprised the kitchen was only equipped with two very small mixing bowls. Keurig didn’t work. Upon arrival we notified property management that the elevator was not working. They responded and said they’d be by first thing in the morning to fix. We didn’t hear from them again for the rest of stay until they responded the morning of checkout that an hour extension wouldn’t be allowed. Nice space. Wonderful place for large families. The elevator was a huge bonus since a couple weeks before our stay my son was in an accident and had just gotten cleared to get out of his wheelchair the day we checked in, but had a boot and crutches and would have not been able to climb all the stairs. Very clean and open for family gatherings. It was so nice to have equipment available to us to use at the lagoon. Overall an amazing vacation place!

The team and Ember Stays was fantastic. They responded quickly to all the requests and went out of their way to ensure we had an extra pack-n-play available at the house too. Upon arrival they left us a note with a box of Crumbl cookies which was such a sweet surprise. Everything was clean and well maintained. The property provided kayaks and paddle boards and bikes that you’d need to really take full advantage of the property’s amenities. My favorite part was the easy check out process. I mean we all pay the cleaning fee for a reason, and Ember stays took care of it all. I usually don’t use Air BNB because I don’t want to pay a cleaning fee to then do half the cleaning by stripping beds, starting laundry, vacuuming and taking out all the trash before I leave. This was not a problem here. 10/10 would stay here again. Thanks Ember Stays.

We loved our stay here! The host was great and very responsive to our questions throughout our entire stay. The place is beautiful and was such a fun space to spend our family vacation at. We loved the setup of the rooms because not very many rentals offer multiple bedroom arrangements with queen and king beds (and tvs in each bedroom too). The host was very thoughtful because they had a box of fresh cookies waiting for us at check in. Another gesture we appreciated was that they did not require us to clean anything before leaving - they understand that we've already paid for the cleaning fee and that at the end of a vacation, you just want to pack up and leave. We felt that was very considerate and unique of our host!

Family friendly getaway

We had a wonderful family vacation. The house was exactly as described and came with every amenity we could have needed. I was blown away with the thoughtfulness put into every aspect of the house. It truly felt like a vacation. The communication from the host was perfect and responsive. As described the neighborhood is still under construction but it didn’t prevent us from being able to do anything. We loved the neighborhood lagoon and appreciated that the house was stocked with a paddle board that was loved by all of the kids. I hope we get to vacation here again in the near future. It was a beautiful area and the hosts made sure all of our needs were taken care of.

The place was awesome and our family loved it. They were very responsive to our needs. The propane was out on the fire dept and they immediately came and replaced it. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we slept great. Love all the fun toys they had available for us to use at the pool and courts. Would definitely stay again.
