The main floor features an open-concept living space with floor-to-ceiling lagoon views, a spacious dining table for 10, and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals. Step outside to your private pool, sandy beach access, and endless room to relax! Every bedroom boasts a luxury mattress for ultimate comfort, while the bunkroom keeps kids entertained, and the 3rd-floor rooftop deck offers cozy seating, a fire table, and starry-night views. For even more fun, the garage is stocked with exercise equipment and games such as large Jenga, Spikeball, kayaks, paddleboards, a wagon, and beach gear—ensuring every moment of your stay is unforgettable!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.

The house was everything and more! It is a beautiful set up with the private pool and the beach/lagoon on the backyard. My 2.5 year old grandson loved the beach and pools. The house was impecable and the kitchen had everything a kitchen has when you are home It was very convenient to have two laundry rooms!! The house is decorated beautifully and all beds were comfortable Our grandson loved his bunk beds room The host were great, they answered every question and provided suggestions for dinner, adventures, etc. The house is about 50 minutes from Zion park and is one exit from St. George downtown. Very close to supermarkets and restaurants. It was hard to leave! We all said we would love to go back Thank you!

The house was perfect for a group of adults staying together that want to have some privacy but truly set up for multiple families to stay and have a blast. Great location on the lagoon and very easy process.

This is by far the best location on the lagoon! Beach is right in front and you’re very close to the main pool and soda shop. Great views at sunset! Plus the home gym in garage is really convenient if you want to work out on your trip!

Beautiful home, Loved the proximity to the lagoon. Very clean & comfortable. The Internet was weak and could use some boosters around the house. The refrigerator door handle came off so that was challenging. Very well stocked kitchen. We loved it and would stay again.

Wow. Vacation home was absolutely worth every penny. Plenty of room for all of our guests. Sleep was comfortable. Property manager was very responsive even on weekends with questions. If we could ever line up 4 hours together for a massive family reunion, we are absolutely going to do it. Only downside we had was the wi-fi was not good at all. Better to use a hotspot for the little kids devices.
