Desert Azul in Desert Color is a gorgeous new rental with your relaxation in mind! From the tasteful decor to the private rooftop hot tub, you will feel immediately at home from the moment you walk into this 2,100 square foot rental.

Desert Azul is all about comfort and gathering! If you like to show up to a rental that has inviting couches and comfy beds, this is the place for you! Enjoy the 3 larger gathering spaces on the main floor, 2nd floor, and outdoor patio, though the ping-pong table in the garage is sure to gather a crowd, as well! The fully equipped kitchen will provide everything you need alongside the dining table that seats 8, with 4 more at the kitchen bar counter. This unit also features 2 grills (one propane and one pellet)! Adults and kids alike will love the rooftop deck with your own private hot tub, but when you are ready to venture out further, you will be only steps away from the resort pool and Lagoon! Be sure to grab the 2 paddleboards in the garage provided for guest use!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, 6 community pickleball courts, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

Additionally, while staying at this property as our guest, you'll be able to take advantage of our local business partner discounts for attractions such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, Golf, and more!

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. This will ensure not only your safety but the safety of the construction workers.

Really nice place to stay! The rental was also fully stocked with almost everything you could think of to enjoy your stay- games, water toys, scooters, kitchen items… they had it all! Loved the layout of the place too- lots of space and room for everyone to be together in the home but have our own space. Really clean & nice community. Sad the lake was under construction during our stay but can’t wait to visit again to check that out! Couldn’t recommend this stay more or Red Rock Vacation Rentals. They were super responsive & helpful!

Really cool place to stay! Awesome, even. The bathroom to bedroom ratio cannot be mentioned enough! Nothing went wrong during my stay so I didn�t have to reach out to anyone, but their standard automated massages were sufficient communication. The garage was stocked with little extras that made the stay even better (paddle boards for the lagoon, scooters for the kids, and beach chairs). Very nice touch! I can�t wait to come back!

First of all, red rock is AMAZING to work with. They truly went out of their way to accommodate us and made sure our stay was the best it could be. Secondly, the area and house was incredible. Super clean, the resort is beautiful and the pool and lagoon was perfect. We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more!

The condo was immaculate and beautiful. The kids love all fun things offered in the condo community. The condo was well stocked with great toys and equipment for the lagoon. If we had one small complaint it would be that the hot tub was too hot. Even two or three degrees lower would have made it much more enjoyable to use. Overall a 10/10. We’re already looking at a time we can come back next!

Our family visited the Desert Azul unit at the new St. George development the week before Thanksgiving. The weather was great and our accommodations were awesome. The unit is very comfortable and well equipped with anything you would need for a relaxing vacation getaway. The location is within a couple of minutes from both a huge pickle ball park, as well as the Sand Hollow Golf Course, which we enjoyed both. The community pool area is really close to the unit, but the unit also has its own large hot tub. Great value...we will hopefully be back soon.

You will not be disappointed if you rent Desert Azul! This unit is so well thought out it is both beautiful and functional. You will love the furniture throughout the house, it looks like it is custom made for this unit. Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom which makes the unit great to share with family and friends. The kitchen has everything you will need, it's probably better stocked than my own kitchen! Your kids or teenagers will love the bunk room and loft. We really enjoyed the balcony with the hot tub and patio furniture. Desert Colors is a great place to spend with family with the pool, lagoon and hot tub. The paddle boards were a great addition to use at the lagoon. We had so much fun at this property, we will definitely be returning!

You will not be disappointed if you rent Desert Azul. Every detail was thought of when designing this unit which makes it both beautiful and functional. The kitchen has everything you will ever need, probably better stocked than my own! The furniture is beautiful and it looks like it is custom made. The kids will love the upstairs bunk room and loft. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom which makes it a great place to share with friends and family. We loved the balcony with the outdoor furniture and hot tub. Desert Colors is a super fun place to stay with kids with the pool, hot tub and lagoon. The unit even has a couple of paddle boards to use at the lagoon. Don't forget to bring your bikes because it's right by some great bike paths. I will definitely be renting Desert Azul again!

I loved everything about this place! It is a perfect location and the amenities were amazing! The neighborhood is beautiful ! The house is so cute and perfect in every way . It fit our family perfect! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We will be coming back for sure .

By opting out of Travel Insurance, the guest acknowledges they have read and understood Red Rock Vacation Rentals’ cancellation policy and chooses not to purchase Vacation Rental Travel Insurance on behalf of all occupants in the unit.

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Desert Color Resort is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

  • A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
  • A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Desert Color Resort refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

Without the Reservation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
