Designed for large groups, this professionally furnished retreat sleeps up to thirty six guests and features a private heated pool and hot tub, expansive dining and gathering spaces, accordion doors for indoor outdoor living, and en suite bedrooms throughout.

I coach a high school sports team and we stayed here for a weekend. It was PHENOMENAL! We've used hotels in the past and I always hated how everyone was apart. This was the perfect house! Plenty of sleeping space for all the kids AND the chaperones! The amazing kitchen and dining area was so great for team dinners. After sports, coming back to the resort was a nice treat. We will definitely do this again!

Amazing Property ...but

Our family of 33 young and old had an amazing time! The location is amazing, the layout of the property is amazing, and the amenities are amazing. We had space enough to mingle and space enough to have some personal time. BUT, we had several maintenance issues. Jake has been great to communicate with me for solutions. Trusting that the issues will be addressed, we hope to rent this property again in the future.

We had a great time! We had a couple hiccups but the host was great to respond and take care of our needs and made sure we were happy. The lagoon unfortunately was down for a couple days due to mechanical issues which was no fault of the hosts but a little bit of a bummer. The place was massive and slept our big group comfortably. Such a fun place and many memories were made.

The house was perfect for a group of adults staying together that want to have some privacy but truly set up for multiple families to stay and have a blast. Great location on the lagoon and very easy process.

Incredible vacation spot. It was extremely clean, accommodated a large group, very comfortably, had an incredible location in regards to the lagoon, and had many included games and pool gear that we used and loved. Comfortable beds. Luxury amenities. Gorgeous views. We would suggest that the owner add more forks and spoons. For a house that accommodates such large groups, we were surprised to find a relatively small amount of cutlery. Easy to wash and reuse, but did make it a pain for each meal time. No big deal! Would definitely stay again!!

Spring break heaven for a big group! Positive: This home exceeded all of our expectations. This home is stunning. The views of the water and palm trees were beautiful. It felt like we were at a beach resort. We went for spring break with a group of 19 and had an amazing time with more than enough space. The lagoon got crowded during the day so it was nice to be close to the action while having our own space at our own pool and hot tub. The home was equipped with lots of extras like paddle boards, scooters and even kitchen items you wouldn’t expect like a kitchen aid. The beds were heavenly and everyone woke up saying how good they slept. Excellent all around!

Amazing house with PERFECT spot on the Lagoon

This property was so much fun! Every room was wonderful and even the bunkrooms were perfect! The main floor was amazing and Jake was super responsive!
