Country is Cool Again is a thoughtfully stocked retreat with family-friendly extras and unique amenities. Whip up treats with the ice cream maker, popcorn machine, or citrus juicer, start your morning with the espresso machine, or roll out the yoga mat for a peaceful stretch. A mini microwave adds extra convenience, and the pack ‘n play makes traveling with little ones easy.

Each of the four king bedrooms features an attached bath for comfort and privacy. The fifth bedroom includes two twin-over-queen bunks with its own en-suite, perfect for kids or larger groups.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.

This was an amazing stay! We had a group of 10 and everyone fit nicely abc was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the two family rooms were large enough to hold everyone while we watched the football game that weekend, and the hot tub was a huge hit! The grounds were lovely with walkable trails, warm swimming pools (even in October), pickleball and the beautiful Lagoon! (The lagoon was pretty cold, though, but plenty of people were still having picnics on the beaches. Overall, it was a fantastic stay! The only small improvement I would suggest would to to add at least one more towel hook to the bathrooms and a drying rack outside for the pool towels. Most of the bathrooms only had one hook, and it was a little difficult to figure out where to hang extra towels.
