College Central is designed for groups that want the fun of a game weekend with the ease of a resort stay. Mornings can start with breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen before heading to the lagoon, paddle boarding, playing pickleball, or exploring Desert Color.

Afternoons are made for friendly competition in the game room, watching games on the big screens, or spreading out across the home’s multiple gathering spaces. Great unit, we had lots of room for our group of 11. We loved that we were close to the pool and not too far from the lagoon. The game room was a favorite for the teenagers and kids in our group. It was hot outside but the AC ran so well we never felt uncomfortable in the house. Fully stocked kitchen made cooking easy. They even had an instant pot! We loved our stay and would definitely come again.

We loved staying at College Central! The university themes were so fun, there was so much to do inside the house from card games, board game, air hockey, foosball, billiards and even ping-pong! The views from each balcony are amazing, the hot tub was clean and such a great way to end the night. The house maintained a perfect temperature all day regardless of the 100+ temperatures outside.
