Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), this condo is just a short walk away from a 2.5-acre lagoon with sandy beaches. Enjoy year-round relaxation with a resort pool and hot tub, plus six community pickleball courts for some fun. The community sky deck features a hot tub, outdoor fireplace, BBQ, and seating on the Promenade Building, providing the perfect space to unwind. Additional amenities in this condo include beach chairs, a wagon, and a cooler, along with board games and card games for entertainment.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.
