Welcome to Casa Lua, a breathtaking rental home located in Southern Utah's premier community, Desert Color! Boasting several features to ensure each stay is unforgettable, this 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom retreat is the ideal vacation destination! Experience a surreal beach day in the desert at the 2.5-acre Lagoon, complete with provided kayaks, paddleboards, life jackets, and more! The resort-style pool and hot tub are perfect for some family fun! The unit features a private balcony, highlighted by the personal hot tub and fire table, offering a relaxing atmosphere to complement the stunning surroundings. Inside, guests can take advantage of the ping pong table, foosball table, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch for some friendly competition! With a fully equipped kitchen and smart TVs with YouTube TV channels, Casa Lua is an excellent getaway home for any group!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Deck on top of the Promenade Building on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00am to 10:00pm

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact

Casa Lua was perfect. We used all four king suites and the bunk room, each with its own private bathroom. Kitchen is big and well stocked with high end kitchenware. We loved the jacuzzi on the deck. Can’t wait to stay here again.

My friends and I are in love with Casa Lua!!! We had the most relaxing stay on our quick weekend trip. We could walk to the pool and lagoon during the day and then go back to the house at night to hot tub and make s’mores on the balcony while watching our favorite shows. It had everything we needed including shampoo in the showers, extra blankets in the bedrooms, and even an air fryer in the kitchen! They also stocked it with a ton of board games and a volleyball, soccer ball, smashball, foosball, and ping pong so we never ran out of things to do. We will definitely be coming back here!
