Boasting several features to ensure each stay is unforgettable, this 5 Bed / 5 Bath retreat is the ideal vacation destination! Experience a surreal beach day in the desert at the 2.5-acre Lagoon, complete with provided kayaks, paddleboards, life jackets, and more! The resort-style pool and hot tub are perfect for some family fun, and the included access to the Springs Social Spa provides another option for some R & R. The unit features a private balcony, highlighted by the personal hot tub and fire table, offering a relaxing atmosphere to complement the stunning surroundings. Inside, guests can take advantage of the ping pong table, foosball table, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch for some friendly competition! With a fully equipped kitchen and smart TVs with YouTube TV channels, Casa Lua is an excellent getaway home for any group!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, 6 community pickleball courts, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Deck on top of the Promenade Building on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00am to 10:00pm.

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. Casa Lua was perfect. We used all four king suites and the bunk room, each with its own private bathroom. Kitchen is big and well stocked with high end kitchenware. We loved the jacuzzi on the deck. Can’t wait to stay here again.

I really liked this unit compared to others I have stayed in at Desert Color. The floor plan is excellent and I like how there are so many king-sized beds. The rooftop hot tub is a great amenity and there is a NEMA 14-50 plug for EVs.

My friends and I are in love with Casa Lua!!! We had the most relaxing stay on our quick weekend trip. We could walk to the pool and lagoon during the day and then go back to the house at night to hot tub and make s’mores on the balcony while watching our favorite shows. It had everything we needed including shampoo in the showers, extra blankets in the bedrooms, and even an air fryer in the kitchen! They also stocked it with a ton of board games and a volleyball, soccer ball, smashball, foosball, and ping pong so we never ran out of things to do. We will definitely be coming back here!

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Desert Color Resort is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

  • A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
  • A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Desert Color Resort refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

Without the Reservation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
