Break Point is a fun rental for those who love outdoor activities! This unit offers paddleboards, bikes, and a kayak to explore the beautiful surroundings. Inside, you'll find three inviting living spaces, ideal for gatherings or quiet relaxation. The large top deck patio, complete with an outdoor fireplace, is perfect for enjoying evening drinks or morning coffee while taking in stunning views. Enjoy friendly competitions with a game of ping-pong or foosball. Break Point also features a variety of board games and cards to keep everyone entertained. You will not be disappointed with this incredible vacation home!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact

We really enjoyed our stay here. We would swim in the lagoon then come back and swim in the private pool which was extra nice bc it was heated and the lagoon is freezing lol. The house was great and we always got quick responses when we reached out to property management.

10 out of 5 stars!! This was such an amazing find! The Airbnb was clean and well taken care of! It felt like a home away from home! It was so huge, more than enough room for all 17 of us! I loved that each room had its own bathroom and each floor had a cute living room! The pool was much bigger than I imagined and overall a great place to stay! The pickleball courts and lagoon are a walkable distance away and the grill was so nice we didn’t have to leave our Airbnb for food! The host was also so nice and had a great response time! I really recommend this place to anyone!!

This house was AMAZING! The pictures were very accurate. Everything was new, clean and gorgeous. The kitchen was huge and was the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen! There were more than enough linens. Dish and laundry soap was provided as well as coffee and food basics like seasonings and oil. The 5 master suites were stylish and spacious. The built in bunk beds were awesome! Pool towels and a few pool floats were included. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and beautiful. All of the TVs were smart TVs. Distance to Zion National park was roughly 30 minutes. Red Rock staff was communicative and helpful. Pickle ball courts and community pools were close to the home and so beautiful and fun! We couldn’t have chosen a better home or location for our crew! Great home and great experience.
