Located in one of the newest condominium buildings within Desert Color, Boots at Kat's is a fantastic 2-bed 2-bath vacation condo. Not only does this unit come beautifully furnished, it also provides access to the community pool and 2.5 acre lagoon which are located a mere 1/2 block away. This short distance makes it a perfect place to be able to walk back and forth easily to these fantastic amenities. Explore the building's Sky Deck on the fourth floor to find a beautiful view of the community, a hot tub only accessible to building guests, outdoor seating, and BBQ. At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area.
