Blue Sky Oasis is a ground-level 2-bedroom 2 bath condo that sleeps up to 9! Come and enjoy the sunny Blue Skies of St George and the blue of the Lagoon and Resort Pool waters. At night enjoy the star-lit skies on the sky deck and retire in comfort and relax in your condo.

Blue Sky Oasis offers you outdoor entertainment and indoor enjoyment. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all you need for meal prep and don't forget the grill on the sky deck for meal options. The king bedroom ensuite is beautiful and the Queen/Queen bunk in the second bedroom offers more sleeping options. There are 3 Twin Trundles too. The great room is spacious and lovely, with plenty of seating for all.

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Decks on top of the Promenade, Surf, and Sand Buildings on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Please note, the Sand Building does not have a rooftop hot tub, but you are welcome to enjoy the hot tubs on top of the Surf or Promenade Buildings.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact
our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.

This rental is located within The Cove condominiums at Desert Color (Promenade, Surf, and Sand buildings). These condos not only have access to the stunning Lagoon and resort pool, but also to the rooftop decks on each of the buildings. Enjoy stunning views, beautiful sunsets, and a place to gather close to your rental. Hot tubs are available on the rooftop decks for the Promenade and Surf buildings. Outdoor seating and a BBQ is also available on each rooftop deck. (Elevator access for the Promenade building only. Stair approach for both Sand and Surf rooftop decks). Your pool key card will be required for access and wristbands are required.

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests only to use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. This will ensure not only your safety but the safety of the construction workers. Thanks in advance for your consideration!

We had such a great stay at Blue Sky Oasis in Desert Color! The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Our kids loved the space, and the resort pool and lagoon were such a fun bonus, it really felt like a little vacation paradise.

The community is still getting built but the progress so far is exciting to see how it gets bigger. A little bit out the way, but understandable after realizing HOW new it is. I’m excited to come back already - we feel we found our little in state getaway!

Blue Sky Oasis was a great space for all 8 of us. Everything was immaculate and spotless and the space was thoughtfully furnished to maximize room. Parking was convenient and the Lagoon was a short walk. There was also a wagon, pool toys, board games and baby gear available to use. Red Rock Vacation customer service was and has always been top notch.
