We had a blast staying here! It was perfect for our large group! I love that there were bunk rooms next to king bed rooms so families could have their own little space. The swimming pool at the house is small, but it was warm and perfect for the younger kids to splash around. We loved paddle boarding on the lagoon, and going to the larger pool in the evening. We can’t wait to come again soon!

The location of this house was perfect. Only steps from pickleball, the lagoon/beach, and the community pool/hot tub. It was perfectly clean, comfortable beds and beautiful decor. We would definitely stay here again. No complaints.

We loved this property! It’s the perfect location surrounded by the beautiful lagoon, pickleball courts, a sandy beach for the kids to play at, and the main pool and hot tub. It’s a stunning house and spacious enough for everyone in the fam. We loved the pebble ice drawer, mini golf in the back, and private pool for the kids to swim in. Would definitely recommend it here! We had so much fun and would stay here again for sure!

It was a great place to stay. My family and I enjoyed the property, and the views of the lagoon were beautiful. Unfortunately, the lagoon was closed for several days during our stay, but we would have loved to enjoy it. We had plenty of room for the entire family, and the house was very spacious. The location was excellent, with pickleball, hiking, and other outdoor activities just a few minutes away. Overall, I would recommend this property.

We booked this home for a family vacation but had to leave 2 days early due to major issues: roach infestation, broken A/C, a flooded kitchen from the ice maker, and a dirty, murky private pool with debris and dead roaches on the cover. We spent our trip coordinating constant repairs that never held. The house reached 80°+ each evening and was unlivable. Two days after returning, our 4-year-old son and niece became severely ill. Our son tested positive for Salmonella and E. coli (EAEC) and was reported to the Utah Health Dept, who interviewed us about the stay. The next day, the Desert Color lagoon was drained — suspicious timing. We were offered just 10% back for what was described as “inconveniences.” This stay became a serious health concern for our kids and a nightmare for our family. We hope the owner and Ember address these issues so future guests aren’t put at risk.

This house is truly incredible!! We have a large family with a large age range so the small pool at the house made it so easy to have small kids there and bigger kids at the lagoon where we could still see them! Great outdoor spaces and views throughout the house too. The owners were so good at communicating with me on a few issues and took such good care of us. We loved our trip and loved this house!

Ember Stay’s communication was outstanding — they provided tons of helpful information ahead of time and even surprised us with cookies upon arrival. We had the best weekend, it was such a great place. We LOVED the location and how close to the amenities it was. So close to pickleball, community pool, & hot tub. Such a great house, beautiful decor, awesome layout, super comfortable beds. Happy in every way. When we come again, we will bring our own towels for the kids. The towels they provide for the pool are very thin (bathroom towels are cushy and squooshy perfect). Just a preference.

This place was beyond perfect! Beachfront property that is only steps away from the lagoon ! Great for littles to play in the private pool and older kids to play in the lagoon! They had paddleboards / kayaks and others water toys! The private pool was nice and warm for littles! All the rooms were beautiful and plenty of space for multiple families! Kids bunk rooms is awesome ! Kitchen and patio space is nice and open! We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful house on the beach! Great communication with managers!

This house is really nice. Loved the decor and feel. All bedrooms are on the second and third floor so i got a workout beater I was the only adult with kids staying on both floors. Comfy beds. Comfy couches. Pretty bathrooms. Loved that they had shampoo, conditioner, ands body wash. I would design my house like some of this house was done. Loved having the little pool out back. And I loved the hammock chair. And access to the lagoon was just amazing. So fun that they provide paddleboards. Getting to park in the garage was really nice! We had one major issue when the air conditioning stopped working on the second floor on our last night. But we were able to text management and they were very responsive. It was later at night so we tried a couple things but weren’t able to get it working. But it was nice to have someone to reach out to. And we had other beds upstairs to sleep on so out was nice that the space was so big. Had to drive a ways to get to groceries (10-15 minutes) but it was a neat area to walk/run in. Lots of growth and plans to expand ands add shops and restaurants. We had a hard time finding the front door but it’s through the garage. Just so you know! Oh and DO contact Nico and get salsa. Excellent service and excellent salsa! Thanks for a nice stay.

We couldn’t be happier with our stay. We had 7 adults & 6 kids and the house was absolutely perfect. Loved being right on the lagoon. The bunk rooms were perfect for the kids. The other suites were perfect for the adults. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We’d go back in a heartbeat.
