Welcome to Beachside Bliss! This incredible vacation rental in the Desert Color Community will impress you from the minute you walk in the door. Enjoy the main floor open floor plan that has you gazing out the incredible windows to the beautiful blue waters of the Lagoon. This fully equipped kitchen will have everything you need, with seating for 12 around the beautiful wood table. The outdoor patio will beckon you out, where you can access the Lagoon and beach areas with your own private gate. The downstairs master suite connects to a gorgeous bathroom with a direct walkout to a private hot tub. Upstairs you will find more bedrooms, including one with a gorgeous view of the Lagoon. While you are going to fall in love with this house, be sure to head over to The Shores Resort for more fun!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, 6 community pickleball courts, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

Additionally, while staying at this property as our guest, you'll be able to take advantage of our local business partner discounts for attractions such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, Golf, and more!

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. This house was great for our group over the 4th of July! We loved the sliding doors that opened right out to the lagoon. We had tons of fun using the kayaks and paddle boards provided at the house. We will definitely be renting this one again in the future!

Generali Global Assistance Vacation Rental Travel Insurance has been made available for guests to purchase at the time of making their reservation. Vacation Rental Travel Insurance reimburses for pre-paid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize the guest’s vacation investment and force the guest to incur unplanned expenses.

Red Rock Vacation Rentals strongly recommends our guests purchase this valuable protection. By opting out of Travel Insurance, the guest acknowledges they have read and understood Red Rock Vacation Rentals’ cancellation policy and chooses not to purchase Vacation Rental Travel Insurance on behalf of all occupants in the unit.

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Desert Color Resort is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

  • A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
  • A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Desert Color Resort refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

Without the Reservation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
