Welcome to Beachside Bliss! This incredible vacation rental in the Desert Color community will impress you from the minute you walk in the door. Enjoy the main floor open floor plan that has you gazing out the incredible windows to the beautiful blue waters of the Lagoon. This fully equipped kitchen will have everything you need, with seating for 12 around the beautiful wood table. Access the Lagoon and beach areas with your own private gate. The downstairs master suite connects to a gorgeous bathroom with a direct walkout to a private hot tub. Upstairs, you will find more bedrooms, including one with a gorgeous view of the Lagoon. While you are going to fall in love with this house, be sure to head over to The Shores Resort for more fun!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact

This house was great for our group over the 4th of July! We loved the sliding doors that opened right out to the lagoon. We had tons of fun using the kayaks and paddle boards provided at the house. We will definitely be renting this one again in the future!
