Beach Escape is a beautifully maintained 3-bedroom unit designed for the perfect vacation getaway! From the moment you step inside, you’ll appreciate the tasteful decor, cozy dining area, and fully equipped kitchen—ideal for preparing meals during your stay. A spacious pantry provides plenty of room for groceries if you plan to stock up. The main floor features a master suite with a king bed, while the second level offers additional king beds for restful nights.

On the third floor, you’ll find a charming sleeping area with two bunk beds and access to a walk-out patio deck—perfect for soaking up the sun during the day or stargazing at night!

Beyond the comforts of the rental, be sure to take advantage of the resort amenities, including the pool, exciting activities, and The Lagoon for ultimate relaxation and fun!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact
our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests only to use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. This will ensure not only your safety but the safety of the construction workers. Thanks in advance for your consideration!

**Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

Great place to stay. New and clean. We enjoyed the big pool and hot tub. The property manager is very responsive and friendly.

The place was awesome! Very clean, easy to navigate the neighborhood, the lagoon was very fun and the pool was great. One thing we ran into (which has nothing to do with the actual home- that was wonderful) is that we happened to go on a weekend where there were some random rainstorms and they close down the lagoon and pool when lightening is nearby. So that was a bummer because we didn\'t get to swim half the time we were there, but it was still a great place and we\'d go again, just be mindful of the weather when you plan!

Great place for a family vacation. The lagoon was fun. The kids enjoyed paddle boarding and playing in the sand. The pool was great and they enjoyed it as well. We also loved the huge spa right next to the rental. Very enjoyable.

We had 10 people in this rental and it was perfect. The beds were so comfy, it was tastefully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The kids loved the loft area and making s’mores on the rooftop deck fire pit. The lagoon and clubhouse made us feel like we were somewhere tropical. We are coming back forsure!
