This beautiful vacation home is made for easy, comfortable stays with plenty of room to relax and have fun together. With two living areas, cozy seating, and TVs throughout the rental, everyone can spread out and feel right at home. The garage has been turned into a fun game space with Pop-A-Shot basketball, air hockey, cornhole, and more!

Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious patio with a fire table, private hot tub, and comfortable outdoor seating to enjoy sunny St. George days or quiet evenings under the stars. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking meals at home, with a large dining table for gathering and an electric Traeger grill on the deck for easy outdoor dinners. It’s a great spot to slow down, spend time together, and enjoy the best of Southern Utah.

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kids’ crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact

This house was perfect for all our needs and it was so nice that each room pretty much had its own bathroom which is always a problem with big groups. We all loved staying here and are thinking about doing it yearly!

Had a great stay. Extremely responsive management. Place was perfect for what we were looking for and exactly what was described on listing. Awesome community with lots to do. Only major issue was that the lagoon was closed for maintenance during our stay, however management offered a very fair discount to compensate for the inconvenience. 10/10 would stay here again.

I\'m not a frequent VRBO renter, so I don\'t have much to compare to. The place was clean, matched the photos and description, and pretty well stocked. The kitchen had most of what we needed to make big meals, the beds were comfortable, and the air hockey table, kayak, paddle boards, and golf cart were nice surprises, and frequently used by our group.

We had a great time staying at Desert Color. The townhome was so nice and large enough to accommodate our big group of kids and grandkids. The bunk rooms were darling and my grandkids loved sleeping together with all their cousins. The place came with all sorts of extras - paddle boards, e-bikes, and a golf cart to get around in. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed! Loved staying there and would definitely rent again!

This was a awesome rental. We loved it! We had four families come and fit great. We loved that there were plenty of games and activities to do in the unit. The children were entertained for hours.
