Beautiful decor and lots of natural light make this new rental inviting and luxurious. You’ll find several smart TV’s throughout the home, and the fully equipped kitchen will make whipping up dinner a breeze after a long day playing at the resort. We are confident that you are going to love every minute you spend at Anchor Oasis, but be sure to leave yourself some time to go explore the incredible amenities at The Shores Resort just a short walk away!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact

We would like to advise you that the Desert Color community is experiencing ongoing construction as it is a new development. This will not impact your stay or use of any of the provided amenities. Thank you!

**Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

The complex provides a lot of activities for the kids during “downtime” and the greater St. George area has a ton of activity options. We loved our trip. Thunder park, the Dinosaur Museum, off-road adventures, a visit to a ghost town, Zion national park and the Children’s Museum were the highlights!

The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil, tool and gadget you could think of, the beds were super comfortable and the fabulous lagoon and pool were just a short walk away. Would book this place again in a heartbeat and probably will!

This is a beautiful, clean place. It is decorated beautifully and has comfortable beds, bedding, and furniture. We were a small group, so we hardly utilized all the space this place offered. This would be an excellent deal for a large group or share family experience.
