In this 5-bed 5-bath home, you can relax and enjoy sunny St. George as you sit in the private hot tub, or have a beach day at the nearby lagoon with the included paddleboards! You can also enjoy a ride around the community on the included bikes or electric scooters. After enjoying all the amenities, kick back and enjoy the comfort of this beautiful, spacious home with outdoor seating and a fully equipped kitchen. At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Deck on top of the Promenade Building on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00am to 10:00pm.

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is $15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. Amazing place for good family memories! My family loved all the options at the resort—the lagoon, the pool, and the adventures of St. George. Old and young alike enjoyed themselves. The condos were clean, well stocked with towels, linens, and lots of comfy beds. The price was so reasonable and the facilities exceeded our expectations.

The scooters and bikes were super fun and we set up our grass volleyball net in the grass behind our unit. Very nice big garage and plenty of parking. We kept saying This place is amazing! We loved this rental! There are two separate living spaces which makes it perfect for kids and adults- kids upstairs, adults down. We also loved the 2 bottom level bedrooms since stairs are hard for Grandma. The kitchen and eating space was large enough for our big group. The pool and lagoon were fun! Check out was super easy and helped us get out quickly. There was easy host contact as well! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay long enough!

This was a great experience. We had a few minor disappointments upon arrival but Red Rock handled the situation well! This was a great gathering place with plenty of space and things to do. We had a family reunion and rented 2 houses through Red Rock and both were great experiences.

My husband and I had a great stay with our three children, their spouses, and nine grandchildren! The lagoon was the best part. We spent all day play in the water and building sand castles. The place we stayed had plenty of room to sleep, eat and play. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The patio had a hot tub, fire pit, and tv. We spent a rainy night in the hot tub, watching Disney movies with our family. I highly recommend this place. We will most likely visit again.
