Large, luxurious, and fun? You can find all three at A Bit of Paradise located within the Desert Color Resort community! This beautiful 7 bed 7 bath 3 level property was featured in the 2023 Parade of Homes and will not disappoint! In addition to the stunning rooms and finishes throughout, this rental offers a large selection of exciting amenities. Relax with the private hot tub and fire pit on the upper deck, or start some friendly competition with air hockey, ping pong, or board games. Get outside and explore on the included electric scooters, or enjoy the water and sun at the lagoon with the provided paddleboards.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Deck on top of the Promenade Building on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is $15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.

While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. The property was very well maintained and very clean. It had excellent furnishings and an excellent layout for a large group. The location was perfect for our trip with close proximity to golf and other outdoor activities. The property had everything you need to enjoy a family getaway. I would definitely return.

We chose a location that was closer to Mesquite but gave us the options available in St. George for activities. This location was perfect for what we needed and had a variety of activities that kept a bunch of 13 year old boys entertained. Wonderful location for our needs. Thanks for hosting!

This was the perfect home base for our 7 person golf group. Check in could not have been easier. The condo is huge and essentially brand new. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen had every appliance we needed. There are large common areas on each of the three floors. The hot tub on the 3rd floor outdoor deck was nice after a full day of golf. We took advantage of the community pool, lagoon, and pickleball courts. Downtown St. George is a short 12 minute drive. Most golf destinations within 30 minutes. Checkout could not have been easier. We loved our stay here and would absolutely book the same unit without hesitation. Steve

By far our favorite place we’ve stayed in St George. Something to be aware of is there is still considerable construction happening as other properties are being built. It was never a problem for us but there is construction noise and traffic during the day.

The home was every bit as beautiful as the photos reflect. All bedrooms had their own attached bathrooms, which were beautifully appointed. The beds were all very comfortable. The hot tub was a great way to end each day. The kitchen was gorgeous and great to cook in. There were more than enough dishes and all the appliances were all high quality. It should be noted that the coffee machine is a Keurig coffee machine just in case you decide to come with your own coffee. The resort features (ie lagoon, beaches, and pools) were as beautiful and clean as you might expect. The community at large was very clean and quiet. There are six Pickleball courts that get pretty busy in the morning but clear out in the afternoon. They are very nice. The house has four Pickleball paddles, which was quite excellent. The management team were incredibly responsive to all of my texts and were regularly inquiring about my stay. It was a great place to celebrate a 60th birthday with 14 of my best girlfriends.
