If you are in need of a quick vacation away from it all, come see us at The Hub at Desert Color. This 3 level condo is nestled in the middle of the incredible Desert Color community and will provide a vacation like no other! From the main floor, open floor plan with a master suite just steps away, to the 3rd level loft area with a walkout deck to enjoy either the sunshine or the stars, you will find ample room to spread out throughout this vacation rental, especially after a long day playing at the resort.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

Additionally, while staying in this property as our Vacation Rentals guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such a Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, Sand Hollow Golf, and more!

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. Loved this. Was a little difficult to get everything in, but then realized they even had a cart I could have used. Would have definitely not have brought so much stuff. They had everything I needed and more!!

We had tons of fun. The lagoon and pool were beautiful and we loved paddle boarding. Our family of 6 was very comfortable here. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals at home and the beds were comfortable and clean. Lots of bathroom space for all of us.

This is our second time visiting Deseret Color with Red Rock! Obviously we loved it so much we came back. It’s beautiful and we love everything about it! This will be a yearly (if not more) spot for our family. Our kids cry every time it’s time to leave.

This unit is phenomenal! Everything was as described. It was perfect just for the 2 of us. The house is definitely big enough for a large group. The construction in the neighborhood was not bothersome at all! Great location, easy access into downtown St. George and loved being close to sand hollow state park. Would definitely rent again !

The place was wonderful and clean and new. The beds were nice and comfy rooms were nice also. We would stay again. The only thing was it could have used non stick frying pans. That was frustrating.

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Desert Color Resort is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Desert Color Resort refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

Without the Reservation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
