Once you’ve caught some R & R, the adventures can begin! Take the included paddleboards to the resort Lagoon for a beach day, or explore the community with the electric scooter! Get out for some games of pickleball, or keep the fun back at the home with the foosball table and board games! Take the stress out of the trip and make this vacation your next favorite, here at Good Vibes Vacation Home!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, 6 community pickleball courts, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

Additionally, while staying in this property as our guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, and more!

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. We loved this house. We had a group of 18 and it fit us all with no problem. It was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The under-the-counter ice maker was our favorite! The community pool and hot tub were great, the kids loved them both. It was little cooler while we were there (60s) so the heated pool was perfect. The private hot tub at the house was nice too. The location seemed to be about 10-15 min from most things we wanted to go do (restaurants, shopping, golf, temple, etc.). We were disappointed that the lagoon wasn't open while we were there but we knew that going in. Can't wait to go back when it's open. We definitely recommend this place.

This property was perfect for two families with kids. It was so clean, new, spacious and fun! The proximity to the pool was fantastic and the neighborhood safe and new. Couldn’t have had a better fall break vacation, not one complaint!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this fabulous house. Excellent location and the community has lots of amenities. It’s a resort like vibe but still have our own privacy. The house was spacious and provided everything we needed. It accommodated the 15 of us. Our family had an amazing time. Thank you so much!

By opting out of Travel Insurance, the guest acknowledges they have read and understood Red Rock Vacation Rentals’ cancellation policy and chooses not to purchase Vacation Rental Travel Insurance on behalf of all occupants in the unit.

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Desert Color Resort is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

  • A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
  • A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Desert Color Resort refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

Without the Reservation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
