This incredibly unique vacation rental is 3,800 square feet of relaxation and fun just waiting for you and your family. From the 2 story living room, to the 3 king master suites (all overlooking the pool), every inch of this rental has been planned with you in mind. Enjoy big gatherings in the open concept floor plan or take the party outside to your own private pool deck. When you’re ready to prepare meals, you will love the fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you would need. While you might find it hard to walk away from this little slice of heaven, there is even more fun to be had at The Shores Resort, just a short walk away!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, 6 community pickleball courts, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

Additionally, while staying at this property as our Vacation Rentals guest, take advantage of the local business discounts for attractions such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, Golf, and more!

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. This will ensure not only your safety but the safety of the construction workers.

This is a fantastic home. Super comfy with all of the amenities you might need. The kids love the pool and fire pit in the backyard. And the lagoon is heaven for everyone and a very short walk away. We plan to make this a yearly trip!

This property was perfect in every way I could imagine. First and foremost the home was absolutely beautiful. It felt luxurious yet very functional. This has been our favorite place to stay in St George ever. The planning for beds, and bathrooms was perfect and they were all extremely nice. Large private bathrooms for all but one bedroom and the beds were more comfortable than heaven! The wide opening back WALL was a fantastic feature connecting the pool/hot tub area to the central family area. There was plenty of space for everyone to be together and connect while leaving areas for others to find some peace and quiet. The pantry was beautiful and the kitchen was a perfect size for the group was had. Every person left with only raving reviews for the property. We will be back soon! The home was clearly designed intentionally to bring large groups together for an extremely enjoyable carefree time. Even the amount of towels, the pool shower, and the laundry room seemed designed in such an amazing way for the home. 10/10! I’ll rave about this place for years!

We had so much fun at this property. We had three families and it had plenty of room for gathering as a group with comfortable, private multiple master and kids rooms. We played all day at the lagoon on paddle boards, kayaks and the beach volleyball court. The fire-it, pool, hot tub and outdoor dining made the evenings so chill and lovely. I loved that is was super clean and gorgeous but uncluttered too. It was such a relaxing, self-contained vacation spot. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Golden Hour is incredible! The interiors are beautiful and the back patio is dreamy! Yet at the same time, it was very kid friendly. They had a pack n play, high chair, pool noodles, games, bunk beds, kids dishes and the cutest secret room for kids. And you’re only a 30 second walk from the lagoon with a path that leads you there right out the back door. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it!

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Desert Color Resort is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Desert Color Resort refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

Without the Reservation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
