Lagoon Closed for Maintenance
September 5 - November 30
The Shores Resort Lagoon will be closing on September 5 for maintenance and repairs and will re-open the end of November.
We realize the inconvenience this is to our residents, guests, and community. However, for maximum efficiency and desired outcomes, the maintenance and repair work need to be conducted during certain weather/temperature conditions and when contractors, subcontractors and materials are available.
The optimum time frame is during the months of September through late November.
Due to the closure of lagoon, we will be reducing the resort fee by 65%. We ask for your patience, understanding and support as we conduct our maintenance and repair activities on this world-class community asset.
